When I was younger I always looked out of my bedroom window, into my field on Meadowood and would think to myself how lucky I was to live in such a beautiful place. Not many young children appreciate all they are given, but I truly did.
When I was about eight, my mom gave me a tea set with a book on different types of tea, tea etiquette, and how to plan the perfect teddy bear tea party. I stared at this book constantly and always set up my stuffed animals for that perfect tea gathering. I would have cookies and would make tea with far too much sugar. No one had to be invited but me, and my favorite plush pals. I would sit for hours and unravel my thoughts, feelings, laughs, and new ideas with my stuffed friends.
The words in this blog are my electronic version of my Meadowood Tea Parties. My place to unravel myself to those who want to listen, and a place to share my herbal teas, remedies, recipes, and more!
Enjoy.
